Training: Programs includes delivery of a 40 hour Memphis Model Crisis Intervention Team training for police officers, Sheriff deputies, and other criminal justice, hospital and related staff in the adult system and in the child and adolescent system, CIT Train the Trainer Classes. Delivery of a 32 hour CIT training in the Memphis model format for uniformed sworn and non-sworn corrections and detention staff. An 8 hour de-escalation training for health, mental health, social services and justice staff, educators and 6 hour classes for community members, and Community Conversations. Number of persons benefited 1,860.

Number of persons benefited 7,700.
Collaboration and Outreach: Reaching out to community partners and collaboration with other agencies and organizations that support our mission and advocate for our perspective. Partners include: Unity Community Mediation Team; Police Community Relations Council; Mni Ki Wakan; Tawacin Tanka; Oglala Lakota Children's Justice Center; Mental Health Legislative Network; CIT International; Second Chance Coalition; Chief of Police Roundtable in Minneapolis, Minneapolis NAACP, Minnesota Safe Streets. Number of persons benefited 3,400.
