Barbells for Boobs

Barbells for Boobs (bfb) is a community taking action in breast cancer. Bfb is the "go to" global organization resource provider for athletic women of all ages with the tools they need to move daily. We have built a vibrant community of over 150 women in 6 countries impacted by breast cancer.we are committed to providing the most up-to-date information for fitness professionals. Our online library is a directory of educational resources on exercise oncology, breast cancer treatments and side effects, cancer-specific barriers to exercise, exercise prescription and movement modifications for breast cancer survivors, survivor/athlete assessments, and more.through our signature program we provide physical activity programming, assessments, and movement modifications for women impacted by breast cancer, an education library, and critical peer to peer support.our 2022 support services included educational workshops, introduction calls, one-on-one physical activity coaching, daily physical activity programming and tracking, virtual live coaching classes (radwod), and community activities and connections.
