The corporation is organized to receive donated goods from the general public and to sell said donated goods to the general public. Some of the donated goods may be distributed to needy persons located in the area where the corporation operates its thrift store. Any net income(net of reasonable reserves) shall be distributed to unity christian school, fulton, il (a nonprofit corporation organized under section 501(c)(3)of the internal revenue code.
