During the year Specialized Housing VIII, otherwise known as Bay Bridge Apartments (Bay Bridge), made available 22 HUD housing units to 22 tenants who suffer from medical, emotional, and/or chronical mental illness. Bay Bridge also worked on a number of improvement projects to beautify the property. These included painting all walls and ceilings in the units, replacing broken windows, landscaping, and are currently working on painting the patio.
