Be Well Be Here

Be Well Be Here is a non-profit mindful wellness collaborative dedicated to co-creating personalized practices through experiential learning and mindfulness education to enhance well-being and build compassionate community. We offer online and in-person meditation instruction, charitable well-being consulting, relaxation techniques, restorative yoga, mindful movement, reiki, writing, storytelling and self-expression practices. Our unique programs address mental health concerns such as anxiety stress, and are available through unique integrated experiential workshops, private consultations, events and betreats. Be Well Be Here connects with thousands of adults and teens curious about integrative wellness practices, mindful writing workshops and community connection programs. We have established collaborative relationships with dozens of organizations, attracted over 20 teachers, and co-created internships with high school and college students. Be Well Be Here offers a variety of outreach/subsidized programs to bring free or affordable mindful wellness practices to our in- person and online community.
