Begin Again Horse Rescue provides a safe environment for unwanted, neglected and "at risk" horses in order to prevent as many as possible from suffering or going to slaughter. The organization rehabilitates them when possible and finds "permanent lease" homes for them, promoting non-cruelty to animals.
