Bennett Valley Knolls Association

To provide resources for the maintenance of the common areas of the community which are accessible to the general public (common area use is not limited to members). Achieved entity mission by providing needed repairs and maintenance of common areas as well as to fund and expend major reserve expenses. The organization is a homeowners association formed to maintain, repair, replace the common areas on behalf of the membership.
