Program areas at Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce
Tourism promotion: the Chamber receives money from local governments to promote tourism. The Chamber does advertising, displays and other activities that encourage tourists to visit the County. The general population of the County, as well as the adjoining areas, benefit from the above activities.
Community center it upgrades: a program to upgrade community centers with chromebooks, high-speed internet and wi-fi and make the centers a central point in the community for residents to enjoy learning. Including, training classes for members of the community to learn software skills.
Leadership Berkeley: a yearly program to supply information and updates to new executives and upcoming leaders.
