In 2022, beverly'Beverlys's curated and hosted nine art Exhibitions at our nyc that included sixty different artists. In addition to our on-site nyc Exhibitions, beverly'Beverlys's presented artists' work in bari, italy as part of baitball-a gather of experimental arts spaces, and at the material art fair in mexico city, and the untitled art fair in miami. They hosted a collective of young, emerging mexican artists called visa projects. Beverly'Beverlys's also produced and consulted for many social organizations in new york city, including art community meetups and private community events. Beverly'Beverlys's curated and hosted the university student thesis exhibition for parsons the new school of design, department of design history and practice. The grant money that came in during 2022 was from the robert wood johnson foundation and the grant was to dr. julian watkins who was awarded the culture of health leaders award. The grant was given to dr. watkins for his involvement with the foundation and the work in furthering the cultural health of our community. $25,000 of the grant money that came in was disbursed to julian watkins for his involvement with the foundation and for helping us facilitate our community engagement work.
