Homeownership, purchase, and rehabilitation services through community building. 648 people were served through this program in 2022. Beyond Housing receives grants from governmental agencies for the purpose of issuing and managing forgivable and low-interest Housing rehab. Loans to high credit risk individuals in designated areas. Low income Housing rental & tenant support services - provide training to tenants in the areas of budgeting, property maintenance, responsible family living and community involvement. Thematched funds can then be used for a first-time home purchase, permanent home improvements, tuition and related costs for higher education, or for the establishment or expansion of a small business. 52 new accounts were established in 2022. The program revenue amount includes program service fees only and does not include contributions and grants totaling $188,500 that support this program.
St. louis county downpayment and closing cost assistance - program whereby low to moderate income individuals may apply for downpayment and closing cost assistance to assist in securing financing arrangements to purchase a home. 50 downpayment/closing cost loans were issued during 2022. The program revenue amount includes program service fees only and does not include contributions and grants totaling $9,705 that support this program.
