Housing services: Continued to stay constant and the served clients continued to be impacted by COVID, which resulted in a decrease in rental payments. Services were expanded into locations to expand reach to citizens with criminal, evictions, and employment challenges to enhance the housing service sector of the organization. Rental COVID assistance was received from outside organizations for tenants that applied and qualified. Transportation services: An increase in vehicle acquisitions from the Auto Donation Center assisted the organization with maintaining sustainability during COVID's impact on housing acquisitions. Discounted vehicle acquisitions and sells continued to increase due to retail car price escalation. The budget friendly auto pricing allowed the organization to continue helping families meet this need and to be able to acquire safe and dependable transportation. Job Placement assistance & community service sectors increased due to in-demand employment for those deemed at risk. Also, the COVID mandates continued to bring in more clients, along with the courts opting to sentence clients with more community service hours instead of incarceration.
