Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and potential of youth. Our vision is that all youth achieve their full potential.community based program - services youth 6-18 in monroe and owen county youth can be directly enrolled by their pg or referred by a counselor, teacher, school administrator, cps, or law enforcement/probation and parole offices. Youth can be matched in a 1:1 match or in a couples match currently. Goal is to focus on building a relationship in the match, consistent meetings and communication, and defending and building up the potential of the littles in the program.big futures program - services youth 18-25 in monroe and owen county (little may reside in one of the two counties but be going to school out of the county serviced) youth can either be directly enrolled into this program if they are over 18 or if they have graduated from the cb program (if they graduate, the match will complete paperwork and transfer to bf). Goal during this program is to focus on communication, providing resources to the match/little, and to help open opportunities for continued learning, career support, networking, etc. Instead of number of outings and time together
