Program areas at Achieve Behavioral Health
Mental Health clinic provided mental Health service to over 20,000 clients monthly during almost 300,000 visits annually.
Holocaust survivor services provides regular and emergency grants to over 100 claimants under a grant from claims conference.
We provide home care aids who made more than 10,600 visits.
Partners in Health program provided patient and family support, medical referrals, hospital visits and transportation for patients in 11 area hospitals, in addition we delivered about 20,000 kosher meals a year to patients, and lent medical supplies. We provided medical advocacy and referrals to individuals during the year, on our 24 hour hotline.
