2022 conferences and seminars: the evening of hope was held monday, october , 2023 in person. In addition, bscp also held new england Science symposium and skills workshops for college and high school students during the year.
Scholarships awarded to 7 students in 2023. 6 hope scholarship and 1 vetex Biomedical Science Careers scholarship. The total paid out in scholarships during 2023 was $27,323. The covid-19 relief fund was created and launched january 2021 and transitioned to the educational relief fund in 2022. Educational relief fund is given to certain bscp members up to $1,000 each. The total paid out in 2023 was $31,462, which was allocated to 29 students.
