Foster program - our foster program provided care and medical services for 911 kittens, cats and dogs in 2023 including 747 kittens age 0-5 weeks, 105 kittens 6 weeks to 9 months, 40 kittens/cats age 9 months and older and 20 dogs age 0-5 weeks. 1002 adoptions were finalized and all kittens, cats and dogs were spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites and tested for FeLV prior to adoption. We continued to provide ongoing care for difficult medical cases such as kittens with cleft palates, incontinent kittens with rear leg paralysis, kittens wuth Feline Infectious Peritonitis and others.Trap - Neuter - Return program - The organization continued a program to address the issues of unaltered stray and feral cats on properties from which orphaned kittens were surrendered to the organization. Cats are humanely trapped, sterilized and returned to their outdoor home or in the case of friendly cats, they are networked to local rescues
