We Need You - The program activities and deliverables are designed to..... Through encouraging The Black Man Lab mentors/mentees/constituents to read and discuss the book we will incite successive activities, events,and actions to promulgate activism and community leadership amongst our young people. The goal is to teach and mentor young people about the historical context of oppression through meaningful social justice and civic engagement modules that allow them to nurture their human, lived experience a nd be able to channel their thoughts into Arts, Cultural Expression [music, dance], and entrepreneurial work.
