Program areas at Blackbeard Sailing Club
The Club provides docks, dry storage areas and equipment to enable members to maintain their boats. The Club also maintains a clubhouse with bath house for the convenience and enjoyment of its members.
Sailboat racing is an integral activity of the Club. Its has active participants in both performance handicap racing formula (phrf) and one design racing. The Club has a large contingent of san juan 21s and ensigns that participate in local and regional one design racing.
The Club holds an annual dinner and monthly socials to foster friendship among its members. The Club also holds workdays to encourage members to take part in maintaining Club facilities.
