Blanchester Friends Housing

Blanchester Friends Housing, Inc., was organized to construct, own, and operate a 50 unit apartment community in Blanchester, Ohio, known as friendship acres east. During august 2006, a 64 unit apartment community known as friendship acres merged into the corporation. During january 2021, friendship acres was sold to an affiliated entity. The accounting policies of the corporation are as required by the federal Housing commissioner pursuant to the regulatory agreement for insured multi-family Housing projects under section 207 pursuant to section 223(f) of the national Housing act and the applicable instructions issued by the federal Housing administration ("fha").
