Program areas at Bluebonnet Data

We ran training sessions for the Bluebonnet Fellows in the forms of onboarding sessions for new fellows and ad hoc training sessions throughout the fellowship which typically lasts 3-4 months. We established a mentor program for former fellows to be mentors/help resources to new fellows. The volunteers are young and diverse. Our fellowship majority is BIPOC and about 30 of our 2022 fellows identify as LGBTQ. Nearly 60 of fellows join as college students and around 40 are working professionals or grad students.
