Mobile crisis services:bonita House's mobile crisis teams respond in coordination with law enforcement to mental health emergencies, to bring behavioral health experts on scene to provide de-escalation, a mental health assessment, crisis management, and to determine the most appropriate disposition for the person in need and facilitate that process. Our approaches vary based on community needs with the overall goal of reducing the number of emergency psychiatric holds. Our community partnerships include: 1) a collaboration between our community assessment and transport team (catt) program and alameda county behavioral health care services, alameda county emergency medical services and falck ambulance, 2) pleasanton alternative response to mental health (armh) unit which is a collaboration with the city of pleasanton police department, 3) albany crisis team which is a mental health response unit within the albany police department, 4) city of berkeley's specialized care unit.

The program offers a comprehensive range of services through three distinct components: 1) transitional satellite housing program which serves as a bridge between highly structured residential treatment programs and independent living, 2) permanent supported housing program which provides long-term homes and treatment for adults who are living with a mental illness and at risk of homelessness, and 3) case management program which offers mental health assessment and evaluation, plan development, medication management, service coordination, placement services, emergency intervention, advocacy, and assistance in life skills.
Wellness centers:the wellness centers provide a safe, inclusive environment with activities that enhance well-being and recovery, and provide socialization in a caring community that fosters self-sufficiency. With locations in east oakland and berkeley, each center is an entry point to system recovery/supportive services for people with a broad range of mental health needs and co-occurring conditions. The programs offer creative expression through art, and participants are encouraged to design their own wellness program based on their interests and goals. Services include linkages to housing, benefits, and primary care; case management; homeless outreach and nutrition support; and a full array of peer-driven support groups, recreation, wellness, and recovery programming.
