Education and Skills Training in fy23, the organization had 881 enrollments across all programs. Service delivery was done in response to the needs and preferences of our clients.skills Training and certifications classes were taught primarily in person. Enrollments were as follows: 31 in the banquet server Training program, 50 in cpr/aed certification, 30 in ma allergens, 86 in servsafe certifications, 25 in ergonomics, and 136 in tips certification (the safe serving of alcohol).english, u.s. Citizenship preparation, and technology classes were taught primarily virtually. Enrollments were as follows: 39 in u.s. Citizenship preparation, 343 in english classes and workshops, 23 in individualized tutoring services, and 82 in technology classes. These 82 students received a chromebook, thanks to the organization's partnership with tech goes home.job seeker in fy23, the organization had 31 students enrolled in job seeker program: 15 in our introduction to hospitality, housekeeping pre-apprenticeship program and 16 in direct career coaching and placement services. Job seeker classes were offered following a hybrid service delivery model, with certain components taught in person in at the medford/seaport offices and others virtually. Volunteer engagement the organization hosted college interns, volunteers, and one naip americorps member. These volunteers provided a variety of services including tutoring, classroom instruction, practice interviews, resume development, and more.new Training site in fy23, the organization held the official opening of its new Training site at 450 summer street, in the Boston seaport area. The office is located within the omni Boston at the seaport hotel building. It has dedicated classroom and office space. In fy23 all job seeker programming was offered in this site. This site hosted recruitment events for all our classes, as well as certification classes, and inperson english classes.
