Pal supports a broad array of programs and activities that create the opportunity for the community, children/youth and law enforcement officers to interact in a positive and constructive manner.this engagement cultivates relationships based on trust and respect with the ultimate goal of creating a safe environment that affords all citizenry the opportunity to flourish. Boston Pal's featured programs in 2023 are g.r.o.w. (girls reflecting our world), mass state police t.e.a.m. Ubl basketball league, pal/bpd hockey program-east boston, and shop with a cop/heroes & helpers. Additional programs and activities include: 1) youth development, empowerment and leadership, 2) employment skills and career paths, 3) girl's self-esteem, social skills, safety and empowerment, 4) trauma recovery and youth mental health awareness, 5) district sports, 6) community events and 6) senior activities
