Charitable child care, early learning programs and family support services for low-income families with children ages six weeks to six years old. Services are provided weekdays throughout the year. In 2021, a nominal amount of tuition fees were waived for low-income families in the form of tuition waivers and scholarships. Children were served via the child care/early learning components and received hundred of hours of care. The parents of these 61 families also received additional support through comprehensive wrap-around services such as integrated health and mental health services, developmental screenings, supportive counseling and education. 100% of children graduating from preschool were assessed to meet or exceed school readiness standards, regardless of the number of family risk factors, race, gender or socio-economic status.
