Program areas at Bouncing Bulldogs

The Bouncing Bulldogs Jump Rope program assists youth between the ages of 5 and 18 to become better jumpers in addition to helping them to develop character, integrity, and leadership qualities. These leadership qualities include decision making and public speaking skills. Program members and participants serve as youth ambassadors for education and fitness in their local, state, national and international community.
Bouncing Bulldogs Camps: The BB jump rope camps are designed to offer children and youth between the ages of 5 - 18 a unique opportunity to develop their mind and body. Through fun-filled, challenging activities and learning tasks, jumpers are introduced to the latest techniques in single rope, double dutch, chinese wheel, traveler and long rope.
Bouncing Bulldogs Jump Rope Classes: The BB recreational jump rope classes offer youth of all ages an opportunity to develop various skills that include leadership, communication, collaboration, coordination and jump rope.
