In 2023, Greater Los Angeles scouting delivered America's premier youth leadership and character development program to more than 15,000 girls and boys ages 5-20. Our unmatched outdoor adventures, camps and programs create transformational experiences that play a fundamental role in shaping America's future leaders. Scouting facilitates meaningful engagement among youth, parents, and community organizations to help young people adopt strong values and life skills. We operate five camps from catalina island to the san bernardino mountains, and each year introduce thousands of Scouts to the magic of the great outdoors while helping them establish self-confidence and pride in personal achievement via transformational life experiences that define scouting.
