Program areas at Boy Scouts of America - 89 Greater Tampa Bay Area Council
The Council encompasses nine counties and delivered the scouting program to 10,300 youth members. We maintain six camp properties: camp owen j. brorein in odessa, camp soule in clearwater, flaming arrow scout reservation in lake wales, sand hill scout reservation in brooksville, big foot wilderness camp in the green swamp, and camp alafia along the alafia river in lithia. Program services delivered included youth protection training, camping opportunities, outdoor program events, character building exercises, service projects to improve the community, and physical fitness training.
