Funding for expenses paid on behalf of families with Children and young adults with Brain and spinal cord tumors. To qualify a family must have a child or young adult with a Brain or spinal cord Tumor and have an unmet financial need that is a direct result of the child's Brain Tumor diagnosis and who is receiving treatment/care at an included health care facility. The financial assistance programs provide limited specific and selective financial assistance to eligible individuals. To apply for assistance a request must be made through a social worker or other medical personnel at a participating health care facility.
Contributions given to pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, that assists Children with Brain tumors (taxpayer merged with pbtf effective july 2014)
Funding for various support groups and therapy to improve the quality of life for the victims and families of Children with Brain tumors.
