Free evening mealsin 2022, we served approximately 55,500 evening meals, lunches and snack meals to 14,300 individuals, including working families, senior citizens, people with disabilities and homeless individuals.

Food pantry programsin 2022, our combined food pantry programs served approximately 40,000 households, comprised of 107,660 adults, children and senior citizens,with 84,300 bags of groceries. The individuals that these programs serve include families and children, low wage earners, unemployed workers, homeless individuals, senior citizens and disabled adults on fixed incomes, and recent immigrants. Percentage of those served by community were: 89% malden, 6% everett, 2% medford, 3% combined from boston, melrose, revere, saugus, stoneham, quincy and others. Percentage served by country of origin were: 60% china, 12% haiti, 4% vietnam, 4% brazil, 2% el salvador, 2% morocco, 1% guatemala, 5% other.
