Program areas at Breakdown STL

Breakdown STL has served 185,000 students since 2006. We have formed structured partnerships with multiple schools and community organizations to best achieve its mission. In addition, Breakdown STL trained 40+ students through an intensive servant leadership program. The Breakdown STL leadership team is a group of high school and college-age students selected after undergoing an extensive audition process. Once selected, they receive weekly character, leadership, and spiritual training while being raised up to be servant leaders and role models in the community. The Breakdown STL leadership team members then "give back" by being part of one of our community engagement programs: onstage or outreach, onstage is a peer-to-peer team that facilitates a multimedia presentation that addresses mental health, addictions, and abuse in schools and community venues.
Outreach is a service team that engages the community by meeting basic needs, building relationships, and partnerships.
