Program areas at Bric Foundation

BRIC enrolled 7 apprentices into our apprenticeship program and engaged six employers for this first cohort. BRIC launched the High Roads Training Partnership to expand arts, media, and entertainment apprenticeships for community based organizations, labor unions, and registered apprenticeship programs.
BRIC launched a Pre-Apprenticeship program including a speaker series reaching 203 classrooms nationwide. BRIC supported our school districts (Centinela Valley Unified High School District, Inglwood Unified School District and Los Angeles Unified School District) with curriculum alignment, outreach support, portfolio support, and bootcamps for students from six schools.
BRIC served 4.7K attendees from 61 countries at the 2023 BRIC Summit virtually and 220 in person during industry day. Over 100 actionable solutions were collaboratively created.
BRIC offered a six-week paid development internship program for 30 students nationwide, ran a Writer's Room in the classroom program for four schools with Partnership for LA Schools, and helped almost 200 high school students prepare and attend LightBox Expo- the largest concept art/animation conference in the US.
