Marketing & public relations - bia national's marketing and public relations department directs knowledge capital programs, represents and advocates the Industry to external media outlets, facilitates marketing communications programs - in all mediums - that promote the Industry and educates potential Brick purchasers regarding the many benefits of clay Brick wall systems.

Engineering & research - bia's engineering and research department is responsible for the technical support of the Brick Industry. Activities include the development of technical publications and papers, advocacy at building codes and building standards forums, overseeing Industry research and responding to inquiries about Brick and Brick construction from architects, builders and consumers.
