Program areas at Bridge Communities
In fy23, Bridge Communities served 94 families including 100 adults (18 years and older) and their 182 children (under 18). Bridge continued to expand the breadth and quality of its service offerings to families and the over 300 volunteer mentors who support them, focusing on case management, nutrition, behaviroral health, trauma informed care, and career and educational counseling for both adults and teen children. In 2022, Bridge Communities launched a pilot initiative to test a strategy to shift funding and support for families facing homelessness, reducing time to house, and expanding, in an incremental way, the number and kinds of families Bridge can serve.
