Bridges To Change is a nonprofit in the state of Oregon that provides alcohol and drug free housing in 4 counties in the state of Oregon: multnomah, clackamas, Washington and wasco. Bridges To Change has over 500 units of housing capacity. Bridges To Change employs over 30 fte certified recovery mentors. Mentors develop a clear understanding of needs: risks, intervention, addiction and relapse prevention. Bridges To Change is also licensed in the state of Oregon To provide outpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment and outreach services. In 2022: 1496 individuals received peer mentor service; 575 individuals accessed behavioral health treatment; and 749 individuals exited programming into stable housing.
