Program areas at Bright Horizons
Domestic violence and sexual assault victim assistance. Bright Horizons served 1,098 individuals. We sheltered 131 individuals (unduplicated) and provided 4,714 shelter beds and 14,142 shelter meals. The Organization answered 4,462 crisis calls. The Organization had 38 volunteers that contributed 7089.21 hours.
We offer support groups for adults (in both English and Spanish) and for children. We facilitate a peer support group at the Well and offer a trauma sensitive yoga group at the YMCA.
We expanded our transitional shelter program and were able to offer that service to 58 individuals. We provided 9,440 beds through this program.
