Program areas at Brotherbird Foundation
Sports enrichment for disadvantaged youth: Brotherbird held its annual temple grandin ski day, it also continued its dream builders program in which athletes teach young people about the importance of nutrition, mental health and the hard work needed to realize their dreams.
Adoptapolooza: a weekend long event held in partnership with various animal care organizations intended to promote adoption and care of cats and dogs. Youth are taught responsibility through learning how to properly feed, exercise and care for their pets in a responsible manner.
Art experience: Brotherbird again held its twice annual art experience days. This program provides high risk students with discipline and academic difficulties to follow instructions with the ultimate goal of them having a positive experience while actually creating something of their own.
