Program areas at Brown County Historical Society
Hazelwood historic house- meet the martins- educational tours at hazelwood historic house about the martin family and 19th century life to students and the general public. Two programs were created: historic women in green bay and christmas at hazelwood.
Brown County Historical Society - the Society planned and implemented cemetery walks at three cemeteries, offered walking tours of downtown and astor historic district, offered a beer baron brewery program, 1880s great fire program, created programs for life long learning, held a membership annual meeting and a free membership picnic, architectural walking tours for adults and students, and collaborated with Brown County federation of history organizations to create programs celebrating preservation month.
Voyageur magazine- award winning history magazine covering 28 counties in northeastern Wisconsin. Publishes two issues per year.
