Budo Accelerator develops leadership skills for youth through martial arts. In 2022, over 300 high school and college students developed leadership skills, built friendships, gained a sense of belonging through community, and received valuable career training. As a result of this year's activities, 94% of students demonstrated gains in creativity and innovation, while 88% showed improvements in communication and critical thinking.

Leadership development for youth through martial arts. As a result of this year's activities the following results were accomplished: 94% of students demonstrate gains in creativity and innovation, 88% of students demonstrate gains in communication, critical thinking, and problem solving, 82% of students demonstrate gains in collaboration and goal orientation, 88% of students develop good or great knowledge in public speaking, time management, and job interest exploration, 88% received encouragement to work through difficult problems, 82% received the opportunity to engage with people who are different from themselves.
