Support activity for Police Association members -- bargaining unit activities, member insurance expenses, representation for employees during grievance and/or disciplinary proceedings, collet and distribute p.o.r.a.c. Membership fees and legal defence fund, other benefits to members, support programs for the surroounding community and community charitable organizations and foster relationships between the Police and community members.
Bppoa partnered with other similar missioned associations.
In 2020 bppoa contributed funds to local charities including youth programs, amercan cancer society relay for life, mothers against drunk driving, boys & girls club, giving children hope and local needy individuals/families.
