Building and Construction Workforce Center

The purposes for which the corporation is organized are to provide a facility for the operation of a trade school for the advancement of Building and Construction education and Workforce development opportunities centered on erecting or maintaining public buildings, monuments, or works; to lessen the burdens of government; to solicit, collect, receive, accumulate, administer and distribute funds in a manner which will operate to further charitable purposes, either directly or by contributions to proper organizations described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code; and to take such other and further reasonable actions as may be necessary to achieve or further any one or more of the purposes above-stated all within the limitations included in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
