Dr. les ollila chairman was provided as at the keynote speaker and counselor to a college in Iowa with around 500 attendees a college and day-school in Guam with approximately 1,000 people a university in sc with around 3,000 attendees a seminary in sc with around 300 attendees and day schools in sc and mi with around 300 attendance attendees for 19 speaking engagements in total and lectured on the topics of leadership relationships responsibility maintaining high standards personal and spiritual maturity and other related leadership topics.
Dr. les ollila chairman was provided as the keynote speaker in houses of worship in seven states and one us territory for 27 speaking engagements and spoke on topics of prayer christian living charity honesty wisdom service and other missional topics to Leaders in those congregations with an average attendance of around 250 at each event.
"a new normal" was authored by les ollila chairman and published by Building Great Leaders through kindle direct publishing. This volume is the result of personal experience and its missional relevance has been established through the years of observation during counseling and speaking sessions. To further the mission of bgl this resource was created to provide leadership lessons on resiliency. Few people will go through life without getting blind-sided by some life event that causes them to realize "things will no longer be normal as i know it." This book advises on how one should respond to successfully navigate the path forward. It is a companion volume to the content of certain speaking engagements of dr. ollila.
