Program areas at Boma Silicon Valley

Commercial trade Association organized to provide services to those employed in the commercial real estate industry, defined as "principal" members: Building Owners, property Managers and/or facility Managers, Building engineers and leasing agents. Provide professional and educational opportunities such as designation level (rpa, fma) and professional practice educational classes, workshops and seminars and disseminate information. We also accept, "associate" members, those who represent companies engaged in providing services and/or products to the "principal" member category. Award the toby awards for best practices in commercial real estate management at the annual commercial real estate awards dinner. Publish an online monthly newsletter and offer monthly networking letter, and educational classes and workshops throughout the year with a major speaker or panel addressing subject matter pertinant to the commericial real estate industry. Hold events such as the sherie dunn memorial golf tournament and our annual fundraising event: share your holiday to donate to a local charity participate in community activities.
