Food is medicine offers a 9-week lifestyle medicine program providing daily education, plant-based nutrition, coaching and group support to those who are ready to make life style changes.
C2life has a marketing and supply agreement with pritikin icr (intensive cardiac rehab), supplying meals in order to help them with their study on the impact that eating plant based meals has on cardiac health.
Through hop (healty opportunities pilot) eligible participants can receive services at no cost to them to support needs related to food, housing, transportation, personal safety and healthy relationships. C2life Foundation supports hop participants throughout most western nc counties by providing healthy meals weekly. We help hop participants access needed services such as diabetes prevention education and medically tailored meals.
