Pm support - assigned project lead as single point of contact; participated in kick-off meeting to go over goals, objectives, statement of work tasks, expectations, and other Information with the cdii/cdii team; developed project management plan to ensure regular reporting, engagement, and Information sharing with cdii leadership; set up regular meetings and developed reporting and communication materials related to regular status updates and evaluation progress reviews; developed monthly status report and met with cdii team to discuss; provided a project plan developed in collaboration with cdii and other cdii consultants to the state.
