Program areas at CCCBHA
Providing educational and training sessions for staff, managers and leaders of Community based behavioral Health organizations to assist them in all areas of their operations and in providing services to their clients. This is accomplished through providing leadership trainings, webinars, and meetings.
Public policy development work closely with our public policy committee and the membership, as well as state Agencies, other advocacy groups, plus elected officials to identify policies and issues that need to be addressed and the actions needed to contribute to advancing state behavioral Health services.
Cbha holds several policy meetings for its members annually. These gatherings provide opportunities for learning about state and federal level policy issues, exchanging ideas and information and networking with colleagues. The convenings are designed to inform attendees and facilitate discussions about state and national level healthcare and behavioral Health system changes being contemplated or in the pipeline. These convenings are an opportunity to hear from national and state thought leaders and to participate in discussions about the potential and/or known impacts on our members' operations and their clients as well as learn about service system changes and advise on future policy direction.
Management services we provide management services for other non-profits whose missions align with behavioral Health services and promoting Health equity.
