Because the annual meeting was virtual via webex, there were no expenses or income for this program. The program was given on november 9 & 10, 2022 (it was 2 one-half days). It was attended by many celc member companies and Law firm members, as well as invited guests. Because the board meetings were virtual via zoom, there were no expenses or income. The board meetings occurred on the following dates and lasted 3-4 hours.
