The organization employs trained and uniformed Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), paramedics, and public safety specialists who collaborate closely with the public, local fire departments, and community leaders to identify and reach at-risk populations. The organization excels in developing, implementing, and analyzing a process known as Community Risk Reduction (CRR). Risk reduction transcends being a mere presentation or the responsibility of a fire prevention specialist; it commences with regional analysis, identifies existing risk factors, and formulates a strategy to mitigate those risks.
