Membership services - creia promotes professional opportunities for its members, maintains professional standards, and has a rigorous program for accepting new members. Creia chapters hold educational and networking events in each of its regions. Creia also manages a certification program and master inspector designation.
Standards of state-wide competition and performance - creia engages legislative advocates in order to communicate matters of governmental regulation, oversight, licensing, and relationships with other related professionals and its members. Creia provides information to the legislature on how proposed laws will positively or negatively affect home buyers throughout California.
Education and professional integrity - creia holds an annual conference along with other educational programs. By creating these educational opportunities, creia members and nonmembers stay on top of all currene issues affecting the industry.
Creia maintains a certified Inspection program for its members. Creia also provides chapter outreach for its 18 chapters throughout California.
