Callen-Lorde offers a comprehensive, integrated program of quality medical and mental Health services under a primary care model, which emphasizes preventative Health and wellness. All of clchc's services have been shaped by Community need, and include comprehensive primary care, adolescent/young adult services, urgent/episodic care, gynecology, family planning, hiv and sexually transmitted infection screening and treatment services, Health education/treatment adherence counseling, dentistry, psychiatry, individual and group psychotherapy, Community outreach, and care coordination.
