Program areas at Camelback Ventures

Camelback Ventures supports the growth and empowerment of livable communities; our tool of change is entrepreneurship. We provide a rigorous accelerator, known as the Camelback fellowship, for untapped entrepreneurs. At this time, we are focused on tackling these two impact areas 1) education and 2) conscious tech. The Camelback fellowship is a three-month program that supports the development of both founder and venture. Since 2015, Camelback has supported 144 entrepreneurs of color and women (many of whom have been recognized in forbes 30 under 30, received fellowships such as echoing green and richards draper kaplan, and collectively gone on to raise over $135 million in follow on funding).
The capital collaborative is a cohort-based fellowship program run by Camelback and specifically designed for white-identifying senior leaders in philanthropy and impact investing who want to deepen their personal and professional work on racial equity.the goal of the capital collaborative is to influence grantmakers, investors, and individuals to create more fairness in funding by changing their habits in order to fund undervalued organizations led by people of color (and women).
The network program supports all alumni, including those with the highest impact potential with additional investment, coaching and other capacity building opprotunity.
Search & align is the recuritment and selection worksream of the organization. It supports fellowship at the capital collabrative programs.
Our vision is to have a community that relies on, sources, vets, appreciates, communes, and participates in amplifying their Ventures as well as that of Camelback Ventures. We have grown to 139+ alumni across the country and sectors. We want to ensure that they are thriving by being able to increase camelbacks ability to marshal resources to them in an intentional and meaningful way.
