Camp Paxson Preservation Project

We are continuing to grow our place-based outdoor education program Larch Outdoor Education Center.". The goal for this program is: to serve youth with place-based, experiential outdoor educational opportunities, building a positive sense of connection and appreciation to their world and to each other. This falls under our current mission.We piloted this program in the fall of 2021, launched in spring of 2022. To preserve and improve historic Camp Paxson and to advance the public's appreciation of this cultural and natural resource both locally and regionally through expanded appropriate use.
